Peeled, cooked Pandalus Borealis shrimp.

For demanding customers, Lyo Italia offers the prized Pandalus Borealis shrimp, fished in Northern seas, immediately peeled and cooked onboard special boats.
Packed in a modified atmosphere.
PREPARATION
Place the desired quantity of shrimp in UNSALTED cold water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain well and use as is or cooked in recipes with spaghetti, pasta, rice, pizza or other dishes.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
SPAGHETTI WITH SHRIMP
Cook 300 g of spaghetti (or other pasta shape), drain al dente and toss with 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt.
Add the rehydrated shrimp and mix.
RISOTTO WITH SHRIMP
Cook 300 g of rice in cube stock, season with 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic, parsley, onion, salt and pepper.
Add the rehydrated shrimp and mix.
SHRIMP IN COCKTAIL SAUCE
Place the rehydrated shrimp in a bowl with cocktail sauce. Decorate with a slice of lemon, orange and chives. As an alternative to cocktail sauce, they can be mixed with mayonnaise and parsley.
