Pack contains 4 single serving sachets of freeze-dried Cacio e pepe sauce with no added preservatives or additives, made only with the finest ingredients, selected and processed to the highest quality standards: the result is a sauce where the combination of Pecorino cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepper and a touch of cream achieve the perfect creaminess, intense aroma and full flavour to deliciously combine with any kind of pasta.
Directions: add unsalted, boiling water using the scoop provided, stir
for about 20-30 seconds, to obtain a fluid cream. Toss with pasta.
