FREEZE-DRIED PORCINI MUSHROOMS ARE SUPERIOR QUALITY, THEIR FLAVOUR IS THE SAME AS THE FRESH PRODUCT AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE CONFUSED WITH DRIED PORCINI MUSHROOMS.
EASE OF USE:
The mushrooms do not need to be soaked.
Once water is added, they rehydrate quickly
and are ready to be cooked.
